I’ve had a really positive experience with Bamboo from start to finish. The application process was straightforward and clearly explained, with no confusing jargon or hidden surprises. Everything was laid out transparently, so I felt confident about what I was agreeing to. What really stood out to me was the customer support. Any time I had a question, I received a prompt, friendly and helpful response. It never felt like I was “just another application” — the team genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my decision. I was looking for a straightforward loan process and Bamboo really delivered. The online application was intuitive and didn't take more than 10 minutes. I received an initial decision almost instantly, and the funds were in my account by the next business day. It’s rare to find a lender that values the customer’s time this much.
