Difficult to change account services

I have a savings account with Barclays and I wanted an ISA with Barclays and I wanted to transfer all the money from the savings to the ISA. I was told this would be straight forward however the process took longer than anticipated because of errors at the Barclays end. Firstly they made a mistake in the type of ISA I wanted, and then made a mistake by transfering it all into that ISA. Would not recommend switching to Barclays services. Easy Access Savings account

It was very easy to apply for the savings account, like most accounts the interest rate offered has dropped but using the account via the app is quick, with fluid transactions between accounts, warns you if you want to make more than the allowed withdrawals which would affect the rate of interest paid, well worth having as a side account Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

An account worth recommending

Barclays savings account has fulfilled my expectations so far. Online access and e-banking interface are satisfying, I have never encountered any flaw. My day-to-day operations are simple and well executed. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

Leave your savings alone

Their long withdraw and transferring time makes you want to just leave your money in the savings account. No monthly fee makes it perfect for letting the money accumulate and not be spent on your account fees. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

They're ok

They always give me grief when paying in cheques because the only id I carry is a provisional driving licence registered in a different address to where I live now. not everyone feels safe carrying their passport everywhere with them and I find the way they talk to me rude.
