Everyone should have this app

There aren’t a lot of menus or tabs, just everything in the right place and easy to find and use. I can do anything I need to in a couple of minute or less, and even download statements. It means one less thing to worry about. I would recommend everyone have a Barclays account and this app just to make life simpler, try it. Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Professional, Trouble Free, and Smooth functioning best in class app

Exceptionally Great!

Barclays are a great banking society and I am really pleased, I picked Barclays! The online Banking app, is by far the best. It's really easy to use and someone, who isn't that experienced with technology, would find this app easy. The app has everything it offers. I also love the Pingit app, becasue it's by far, the best way to transfer money to someone. It's very annoying, having to go to the local branch to send money to someone and that's why this app rocks!!! Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Prejudice against customers with disability

This has to be the worst back around, they are the most prejudice company against customers with mental health problems. No matter what happens, how it affects the customer the complaint is not upheld even at executive complaints level you are fobbed off. If you have any type of disability do not use this bank if you want care and understanding. Reviewed on: 17th January 2019
