My personal needs are always met by the staff in my local branch

When my account was hacked staff ensure my funds were no affected adversely matters were dwelt with professionally and swiftly to minimise any disruption to normal service Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Tie your hand behind your back and stick a PINsentry device in your mouth.

Award winning online banking? You cannot do anything of note without a PIN device. Can't change a password, can't set up a new account, can't transfer funds to a new person. Barclays want to force you to live your life carrying a small device around and without that device... if you lose your card... your screwed. You'd think at that point you'd give them a call but without a separate pin for telephone conversations then again... your screwed. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

Top app for top bank

I have found Barclays to be okay to deal with the app is excellent to use I’ve been with Barclays now for some 40 odd years and have had good experience in the past that little sad to say that all banks today there is no personal touch when it comes to asking for a small loan down to an overdraft of £100 they don’t understand how that works I have to ask Computer for years ago it went on marriage other than that probably the best bank Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

I feel much comfortable and honoured when I'm doing banking transaction with Barclays. It is an outstanding and Trustworthy of all the efforts. The name of the every efforts in my eyes is very professional and supportive to the customer. I would like to remain myself and my family with Barclays forever because I believe it is complete solution for a person for any needs, wants and demands for the daily financial requirements. Improvements can be made

I don't really like having to change apps to be able to use my card on my phone via contactless. It would be more convinient to have my cards added to Google pay or Samsung pay as I'm on android just the same as you would have on apple pay but barclays refuses to work with Google pay, so I'm having to still change apps if I want to use any other card, it's no different than having to take out your wallet to find your card. But mobile is suppose to be quick and more convinient, well not for barclays. The blue reward scheme is not great at all earning £7 return a month while having to pay £3 a month anyways as a fee leaving you with £4, not the greatest reward to have as other banks offer better pay. Always helpful.

My experience of banking with Barclays has been really good, both dealing with them in branch and when using the on line banking app. They keep me well informed without always bombarding me with pointless letters and emails. They are very proactive in helping to keep banking secure. Reviewed on: 11th December 2018
