Very satisfied

Impressive

I moved back from Australia and Barclays were the only bank who would accept the ID I had. Not even the bank I had in Australia who have banks in the UK would allow me to open an account. However, I am so glad that my account is with Barclays. I have found all of their staff outstandingly friendly, helpful, and courteous. I also received a courtesy phone call after opening my account and I was very impressed with how nice the man was. I had grown increasingly exasperated with my old bank re the non user-friendly access to online and telephone banking, to the point of it being ridiculous, whereas Barclays, I find, really do take the stress out of accessing my account in my very hectic schedule! Easy banking for everyone

The functiomality of the account completely fulfills my needs. The app and the online banking are easy to use. The costs are low. Friendly and helpful staff at the branches. The account is secure and the bank goes out of its way to prevent fraud. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Barclays is a very good bank

I've recommended Barclays to my friends and my family and most of them they joined it already. I've been with Barclays for over a year and I'm very happy I did it.
