Better than Gringgots

I use my on-line Banking APP to keep up to date with my accounts quick and easy to use like having a virtual wallet. The staff at my branch are fantastic and are always ready to help. I like my Bank! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Not working as advertised

Mobile app crashes pretty often, does not work on contactles payments as it should - for example says it has been paid, but in fact payment declined because international payments not enabled. takes time to figure out where there problem is. Or says paid but payment declined - everything enabled - every option - in store payments internationally and locally, still does not work overseas and at home, had to take the card and do the chip & pin, the app said - an error occurred one time and paid the other time, so messages are basically useless. And many other bugs in the app that annoys on a daily use. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
