Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Never had any problems whatso ever

Have been a member of Barclays Bank since I was old enough to have my own bank account, I am now 47 years old. I changed bank accounts briefly for about a year or so, but then went back to Barclays. Staff are always very friendly and helpful in the High Wycombe branch (one I use mainly) and always very accommodating if advice is ever needed. Can't see me changing banks, EVER!! No fuss no hassle great

Having barkleys banking app is best thing I could of done. Haven't been in my local office for 2 years as the app does everything. Simple to use and that's big statement from me as I'm afraid of technology so if I can use it anyone can great app. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
