Really good experience.

The ban account i have with barclays is really good and i would recommend it to anyone. I have only had a few problems which were easily solved by friendly staff. Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

fine but not v proactive

They are fundamentally fine but seem v unproactive when it comes to providing financial assistance. When i put in £50, 000 to my account from the sale of a flat, no one bothered to suggest putting it into a high earner account or indeed anything similar, other banks would jump to it. All you need

Barclays bank accounts contain everything you need from a bank account. It's simple and clear as you can get. Online banking is useful and non fussy and you are able to manage your finances quickly and easily. A lot of work seems to have gone into the production of the online banking and it definitely shohws in it's usability! Reviewed on: 24th April 2015

brilliant no mess banking

I have been a barclays customer for over 25 years and have had no problems with them at all when you call you speak to real people who give you the answers you are after. I recently had ppi back and again it was straight forward easy process i had a large refund back paid straight into my bank account. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2015

easy and helpful

Easy access through several different options, free and well run current account.

The Barclays current account is free, well run, and easy to use. They offer many platforms to manage your account, and keep you well updated through several different methods. I find the bank to be supportive and helpful, without being too pushy. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015

OK

Made an appointment in a local Barclay's branch which was extremely easy. Had my appointment today to open an account and the adviser was nothing but helpful and did not at all make me feel rushed, infact it was like talking to somebody i had known for years. She helped me set up all my mobile banking apps and she couldn't of possibly done more for me, went well above and beyond her call of duty! I certainly know the difference between good and bad customer service with banks after been a very dissatisfied customer with HSBC. I was so happy with the service i have received i have been recommending this to family and friends. I would certainly love my feedback been passed on.
