Flexibility and transparency

I have been dealing with Barclays for past 20 years and I can see they keep on improving. The transparency is to the highest level. The use of their app and day to day transactions is very easy and secure. The benefits are great. Especially Apple Pay and more over Apple Watch. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Brilliant bank only thing is branch needs more appointments available to do simple things like changing your name after getting married. Or showing documents to close a dormant account. But fabulous service and fraud team stop things fast even if it was myself making the transaction, just could call to let us know they stopped the card to avoid embarrassment at trying to pay for things.
