My first and maybe last best banking experience

Starting with your staff and ending with your mobile application, I can say I always felt safe, listened, my requests have always been nicely and quickly accomplished, for me, your bank will stay my best experience when is about finance. Not upfront!

Not clear or concise information given, asked for a credit card, didnt tell us that we would have to move our salary to this account for the credit card go through until after she had applied for the credit card for us.
