I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

A very good bank, with a good choice of accounts for all types of people with different financial backgrounds. Excellent customer service either at branch level or telephone. Digital banking is excellent also with instant access to your account at any time you want. My overall experience is very good. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

QUICK, EASY BANKING

The reason I am voting is because I think that BARCLAYS is the best, quickest and most straight forward online banking app. My favourite thing about it is that you can call directly from the app if you have a query and don't have to go though verification time and time again. Hi, I am with Barclays for almost 4 years now, all good except a few months when the Mobile App was not compatible with my new phone. I contact them many times, one time I got response that my phone is the fault but it wasn't the phone, the app simply wasn't updated for the performance of Huawey P20 brand new model launched that time. Now is fine except the barclaycard app where is the same story. But I am grateful for the rest of services. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
