The mobile banking app has changed the way I think about money

Having the Barclays mobile banking app is a game changer when managing money, it's not always easy or an option to get to a cash machine to see your balance. Using the app allows me to view my balance so I can track when money goes in and out of my account, I can freeze my card if I've misplaced it so that I'm not at risk of it being used if it's stolen and I can view my statements with just a click of a button. Very easy to use and versatile for all my needs

I have banked with Barclays for over 30 years, as an older customer I have found the transition with Barclays to the digital age an easy one. Everything I need is in the app, from direct debits, statements easy view screens and when anything changes Barclays always lets me know in advance. Online help tools are easy to use and self explanatory. I wouldn't switch from where i am comfortable and well supported. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
