Absolutely amazing bank!!! Just A plus

I am using Barclays bank account for more than 1 year and I am happy with this bank comparing to other giant banks as I have used different bank accounts. Soo good I've recommended to others

I've recommended Barclays to several members of my family due to the great customer service and amazing banking app and pingit app which mean being able to keep in constant control out my accounts, a fantastic resource to me especially as I'm disabled and struggle to get to branches during opening hours etc. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Excellent customer service

My partner and I opened a joint account together as we’ve just moved in together. We also purchased other services with Barclays. Everything was explained really clearly and we were helped with setting everything up including the apps and told all about the rewards available to us. It was really quick and simple and it’s great to be able to monitor everything using the app. I particularly like the calendar and the blue rewards wallet, which keeps your rewards money separate until you choose to withdraw it. always helpful and the security is great they are on the ball when keeping an eye on your account as I have discovered

I have had my card changed 4 times in the last 6 months because of fraudulent activity but because of Barclays prompt action I have lost nothing. Thanks Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
