better than natwest

i have to say that the phone service is excellent but when ever i go to the banks you have to wait in queue for what seems like forever. Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

Barclays staff are always happy to help and answer any queries

As you walk into the bank there are staff members welcoming you and asking if they can help ,rather than standing in the queue, They will also go out of their way to answer any queries, Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Very good service never tried the hard sell

I've had a very good experience of Barclays for almost 20 years. They have never tried to hard sell any products to me and given me good levels of overdraft and loans if I needed them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Friendly staff, great for families

Barclays have been fantastic since I switched to them 3 years ago. They're family friendly, providing advice and helping my teenage son set up his own account. It's easy to contact them and manage my account via their app and I feel positive that my details are secure. In my local branch, all the staff are welcoming and quick to help. Great bank. Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Excellent service and cashback!
