A refreshing change to be a customer of an organisation that clearly see its members as individuals. Excellent service.

Had a complicated FTB case to place and needed guidance through the application process. Ben Hutchings (head of mortgages) and his team were very helpful and easy to deal with. Mortgage offer has now been received meaning very happy customers and a very happy mortgage adviser. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
