Lovely customer support

I may be a little less inclined to recommend Bath Building Society to my friends/family because I don't have many friends/family who live or work in Bath. Otherwise, very good customer support :) Reviewed on: 20th April 2021

Forgotten all my online information

I had forgotten all my online information, instead of having to wait until the office was open or able to use live chat, I was able to email which is far better than the normal banks. I had confirmation that my request has been completed. Reviewed on: 19th April 2021
