Moorland Road Branch

I have used Moorland Road Branch for many years and always receive a personal friendly service from the staff. I have got to know Rachel and Gemma and they give good advice and are very efficient. Perfect customer service Following a change of phone I had to reregister for the app and ran into technical issues, the service I received I’ve the phone was first class. Can you please pass my thanks onto Chris B, I had an issue using the app, we had a number of technical issues which Chris patiently worked through. New Trust

Jane went out of her way to help us when we were struggling to provide info for Trust set up. She was patient, extremely friendly and kind and is a real asset to this Bath branch.
