Have banked with Bath Building Society for years so when I wanted to open a Fixed Rate ISA it was to thyme I turned. Always have first class and personal service. A joy to do business with! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Great service from the Wood St Branch

I tried to open an account online at home with no success. So I went to the Wood St branch and was served by Tracey and Ben who were very helpful, and I was able to open the account with no problem. It’s always so lovely to visit the Wood Street Branch as they are so friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 10 from me! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Wood Street Branch helpful & patient

I called into the Wood St Branch as I needed some help with the app. I was greeted by Tracey, who was very helpful and patient with me. Oldfield Park branch

Called into Oldfield Park to transfer our existing ISAs into fixed ISAs and both Lisa and Rachelle were very helpful and friendly in sorting us out. It’s a lovely atmosphere in the Oldfield Park branch. Reviewed on: 17th February 2025
