I visit Wood Street Branch, where it is a delight to deal with human beings as questions get answered quicker and in context, which saves a Hugh amount of time for the customer. So well done to your staff, either face to face or over the phone (as while there are basic questions most need the context and so many companies simply put the lists of rules and answers online, usually needing another click to get to a partial answer which takes so much time and is designed to confuse - so don`t go down that road s.v.p) Reviewed on: 11th December 2024
