It is great to be able to go into branch and chat with someone, particularly for starting an ISA for our son. The online app has had some teething issues but has become easier to use over time. There is regular contact through email and by letter, which is appreciated. Reviewed on: 18th October 2024

Local and member owned.

I don't use my acciunt often but now that they have a good Mobile App, it does pretty much everything I want i..e. see my balances, move monies around and open new accounts and download statements. All with very little fuss. Interest rates are consistently good but not necessirliy the best. For fixed rates I did consider Bath but better rates availble from our local Credit Union and also many of the new Digital Banks. I will always keep some savings with Bath because they are local and member owned but the majority of my savings likely to be placed elsewhere. Reviewed on: 18th October 2024

Been a member for40 plus years.A lifetime of saving.

Been a member for40+years.Had my mortgage with you and have never had a complaint.Also started my two daughters with their plastic money boxes ( I still have my little pig money box with bibs on it)It has been the way to save since my mum started me saving in the 60's.A great Society in Barh. Real people work there...and we can still talk to them!

I needed to call them to discuss a letter I'd received - and I got through to an actual person quickly. She was able to answer my question, with a full explanation. I didn't have to complete an online questionnaire, 'chat' with a bot, listen to tortuous music while being kept on hold for 20 minutes, navigate a range of options in my keypad - I could talk to a real person who listened to what I had to say & answered my question. No fuss, simply excellent customer focused customer service. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024
