I like a building society office which is small and...

I like a building society office which is small and friendly, it´s main asset for me are that it is in the centre of Bath with very good opening hours - but most of all uses passbooks and is easily managed by someone who does not want to do everything on line. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

We like having local branches with very friendly face-to-face staff - we like having a passbook (and will be most upset if you ever “Go Digital” and replace the passbook!) and your rates are decent. So - as little “CHANGE” as possible - I am sure we aren’t the only 60+ people who think this. “CHANGE/DIGITAL is NOT what we want. Reviewed on: 4th February 2025

You do know your customers

Your staff are fab. Just in wood street to get my accounts updated and witness your staff helping a deaf customer, such a good way they had with each other.
