Every time I have visited a branch, Wood Street or Moorland Road, I have been very impressed with the service and how kind and helpful the staff are. I was so grateful for the help of Jane and Sophie when I recently opened an ISA - they went above and beyond after I had experienced some challenges and I cannot recommend them more highly! Bonuses? Wood Street Customer.

Wood Street Customer. One of the few (or the only) financial institutions I know of (and we have 30 or so different BS and Bank account) who allow customers to Phone direct to to the branch. All calls are answered promptly and helpful. Service in branch is equally warm, professional and friendly. Please do not automate your telephone service! Reviewed on: 13th November 2024
