Popped into Wood Street branch today - as I regularly do! Always a breath of fresh air to speak to Tracey and Jane, who always brightens up my day. Great Customer Service

I needed to establish my credentials as Attorney for an account holder who is seriously ill in hospital. Kelsey lead me through the various stages of the process in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner, taking in to account the security involved. She responded to each email promptly and told me what to expect next. She made the process straightforward which made my situation easier than I'd expected. Thanks very much. I visit Wood Street Branch, where it is a delight to deal with human beings as questions get answered quicker and in context, which saves a Hugh amount of time for the customer. So well done to your staff, either face to face or over the phone (as while there are basic questions most need the context and so many companies simply put the lists of rules and answers online, usually needing another click to get to a partial answer which takes so much time and is designed to confuse - so don`t go down that road s.v.p) Reviewed on: 11th December 2024
