Good and efficient customer service

I wanted to add my husband onto an account, I contacted the Bath office, they emailed me the forms, we completed them and sent it back with the necessary documents and he was added to the account without delay. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

it's good enough. zero complaints

Jess stymied by BBS technical problem problem.

Saving as a Student with BBS

Very happy with the Young Regular Saver scheme - one of the best rates in the county. Also, adding a new app for Mobile Banking makes managing my savings so much easier. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

Communication is excellent.
