Real people work there...and we can still talk to them!

I needed to call them to discuss a letter I'd received - and I got through to an actual person quickly. She was able to answer my question, with a full explanation. I didn't have to complete an online questionnaire, 'chat' with a bot, listen to tortuous music while being kept on hold for 20 minutes, navigate a range of options in my keypad - I could talk to a real person who listened to what I had to say & answered my question. No fuss, simply excellent customer focused customer service. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024
