Better than Most Brokers

The journey to getting my mortgage started very well, with constant updates and a lot of support and advice. However, when the bank's underwriter started using weird tactics to undermine the process and cause me to lose out, i didnt get the level of help that I gotten used to, suddenly no one was answering my questions, I felt like I was being avoided and i suffered a month's delay making the seller very unhappy. I eventually got to the bottom of the issue and my mortgage was approved. I am not scoring Better.co.uk low despite the negative, because they were really perfect most of the time.
