Don’t deserve to win anything

Blue Motor Finance are ignorant people I sent them over 60 emails before they answered me. They do not have my correct details on file and I am getting penalised for another persons late payments. Terrible LYING UNPROFESSIONAL people Reviewed on: 18th April 2024

company ignore my attempts at contact.

Multiple problems with the car. After each has been reported, Blue motor finance close the complaint without doing anything and refuse to respond to emails. They are also always unavailable to you by phone. They eventually arranged for an inspection of my car, after I stated I wanted to reject it. They now won't give me the inspection report and won't answer my emails. Not sure what I'm supposed to do, except pursue legal action. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
