Even though I am actually dealing with a return of goods blue motor finance has been nothing short of excellent especially Megan and David who I have been on the phone with. I am very glad that all dealings have been transparent and for the best interest of all parties involved Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Worst finance company we have used

Proposed a deal with Blue motor finance that was accepted. Phoned customer to sign docs and collect car only to be told by Blue a mistake has been made & customer has been declined. We had an acceptation via dealer portal and email & no message from Blue to say the decision was a mistake. Therefore no time to phone customer before coming to collect. Very unhappy customer and poor review for us thanks to Blue motor finance. Not the first mistake. We have closed our account and use other more competent finance providers. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
