company ignore my attempts at contact.

Multiple problems with the car. After each has been reported, Blue motor finance close the complaint without doing anything and refuse to respond to emails. They are also always unavailable to you by phone. They eventually arranged for an inspection of my car, after I stated I wanted to reject it. They now won't give me the inspection report and won't answer my emails. Not sure what I'm supposed to do, except pursue legal action. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Purchased a car on finance within two weeks it broke...

Purchased a car on finance within two weeks it broke down. Two months later the car is burning oil and complaint was raised. The mot on the vehicle is fraudulent had advisories on the previous one that was promised would be fixed. They have not been touched and the mot has passed with no issues. I’ve had an independent inspection carried out and over a week later I’m still waiting for someone to respond. I have a vehicle I am paying for and can’t use but have been told if I stop the payments it will affect my credit rating. Would not recommend anyone using blue finance. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

I had a question in regards to changing my payment date, this question was answered within 2 hours of my first Email and payment date updated the every same day, great customer service from the team at Blue Motor Finance team, would highly recommend reacting out if you have any questions in regards to your agreement.
