contacted once, nothing since but he contacted the motor company???

Help full!! yeah ok applied for finance for a car so blue motor finance contacted me once n nothing since 3 days ago n tried 3-4 times to contact him left voicemails not happy really would any of you??? Reviewed on: 8th September 2018

I recently had a finance issue which I spoke to Blue Motor Finance about. they were friendly at first and seemed really helpful towards my situation. I was advised to cancel my DD with them and miss a months payment and they would set up a repayment plan to pay the missed payment over the coming months which would massively help me out. the month after I received threatening letters of default and threats to repossess my car!! they were very abrupt and rude when I rang to try and sort the situation out and didn't want to listen and tried to demand the missing payment there and then. Again I was threatened with having my car taken off me even after I told them of what I was advised by one of his colleagues. I am now in the process of making a complaint to them and requesting the call recordings and transcripts! Happy enough to charge you fortune for the pleasure using them for finance but when it comes to customer service and TCF they are appalling! Reviewed on: 17th July 2018

Rude these people are they don’t care they don’t listen and don’t help you hand the car back to them and they say they will contact you to arrange collection they don’t they will send horrible nasty people round who try breaking in to your house kicking the doors and windows in. My stuff been taken and never gave me chance to take it out it belongs to me not them Reviewed on: 29th June 2018

We got a car on finance three years ago, and we have had absolutely no problems with Blue Motor Finance. They have communicated with us on an annual basis very clearly, and we got some helpful information when we first signed up. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017
