Many happy years of membership

I have been a member of boom for many years now and I find it an excellent way to save. They have always communicated clearly with me and provided all the information I need to manage my account. It is quick and easy to use the online banking system and they still have a human interface over the telephone which is a rarity these days. I find the account is secure and I don’t feel pushed to take out additional financial services as I do with other providers. Also - no fees and good interest rates. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

I'm a loyal customer

I have been with them for many years after taking a loan over ten years ago. Once I paid it off I started using the savings account with them. I earn a fair interest on what I saved as well as easy access to my money. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Staff have gone 'the extra mile' to help

Staff are approachable, and communicate clearly. They have dealt with requests swiftly. Once when I had just left the Boom building, a member of staff ran to catch up with me, to remind me of other support that might have been helpful (loan as I had said money was tight). I recommended Boom to a friend who had been widowed, who was learning to do the household money, (as her late husband had dealt with that). Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Ethical organisation
