One word.... Excellent!

I have a saving account and purchased a loan, it was the easiest and fastest experience. Thier website and account is very easy to navigate. I feel very satisfied with all staff I have liaised with also. It feels very personal and far away from corporate which I feel is the best way to trust a union with my money. Sensible loan provider. Helpful staff

Easy to talk to, Helpful staff, affordable loans and a great way to get saving! I Wouldnt go anywhere else for a loan now as I know BDCU are a sensible lender. I have been able to pay off my loan and save at the same time! Reviewed on: 5th June 2025
