A good all rounder

I have been with Natwest for years and have found the customer service exceptional-friendly and experienced staff and a easy bank account with no frills but suitable for our lifestyle and never had any problems Reviewed on: 31st December 2017

Ok but nothing special

The Select account is a good basic bank account. However there are a few frustrations with Natwest in general. I have found issues with the level of service in our local branch and opening hours are short. The security measures needed to transfer money are frustrating (need a card reader so difficult to do on the go). There have been recent modifications so you can now send small amounts but it doesn't save the payee. It also doesn't save payees that are created by the other joint account holder which is frustrating as you need to set them up twice. Reviewed on: 19th November 2017

Natwest Select Current Account

I have had no problems with this account at all. One of it's best features is Emergency Cash which you can withdraw cash without your card. Reviewed on: 13th November 2017

Great app and online banking facilities

local branch recently closed however superior app and online banking more than makes up for it. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

40 years still going strong

I have banked for over 40 years with Glasgow branch and never had a problem. Was concerned about the proposed closure of Scottish branches but that seems to have gone quiet ! Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Not as described

I had a Select account only to discover I was not entitled to some of the products, complained but just ignored, reverted to a basic account. been with them over 20 years looking for a new bank at the moment as really disappointed! Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
