Bank switch failed...

I completed the switch with the hope of getting the £200 incentive to join Santander. The switch failed for some reason which I wasn't informed about, and as a result not only didn't qualify for the incentive, but was also charged fees by my old bank account. Customer service via chat are useless. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Student bank who saves us students

123 current account allows us students to go into overdraft without having to pay back any interest. It’s nice to know banks have our backs. Plus it comes with a 4 year rail card which is a life saver. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

DISAPPOINTED

I used to love being a Santander customer but this bank no longer has any use to me. I can’t get to a bank during banking hours so I pay my cash in the atm. Apparently there’s a limit to the amount of cash that can be paid in & I’ve reached that limit. How ridiculous to only allow a certain amount each year. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Fantastic bank

This is a fantastic bank which comes with mah benefits and is extremely student friendly, offering a free 4 year rail card and an overdraft which is a great help for students. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
