No fuss account with cash back and intrest Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Never any issues, great service and communication.

Always great customer service and staff go out of their way to help me make the most of my account benefits. Always get regularly informed of any changes or updates on my account. Mobile app and online banking is easy to use. Never had any issues. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Rewards account users

Account users receive payments for selected direct debits and interest on their balance in exchange for a monthly fee of £4; our fee is always absorbed by the payments we receive. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Santander current account

Disappointing

Easy use

Not worth the money, operationally adequate though

I used to keep it for interesting cashback offers (such as shop at Coop for 10% cashback), with those paying monthly fee was OK. Now offers are irrelevant, and cashback from utility bills only covers monthly fee and is not worth it Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Previously good current account

Until they reduced the cash back and raised the fees this was a really good account. Only still with it because they're a really useful bank for me personally, but otherwise I'm sure there are plenty of other options out there. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022
