Santander cannot be faulted

I have had two 123 accounts for many years and have never had a problem. I can't fault them in any way, whether face to face, over the phone or online. Interest rates good too. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Never a problem with Santander over many years

Online banking is fine. If a problem, staff resolve over the phone. Though I rarely have a problem as such, more a query. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Good current account

OK. Hard to deal with

An overall winning account

Despite increased charges and lower interest, as Martin Lewis continues to point out, this is still a great account with excellent service and facilities. The online banking app is superb and the new money insights offer, just brilliant. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021
