Satisfied with Santander

I like the fact that I get money back on what I spend. It encourages me to use this account and the credit card which, in turn, means most of my spending is in one place so I can administer it better. I found this account to be efficient. I do online banking and it's very secure. Staff on the teleohone are helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

I've been with Santander since it was the Alliance snd Leicester and what has kept me a loyal customer, is the people behind the counter. Cash back please!

This is the perfect joint account for your household bills. The mobile banking is seriously easy to use and you get a nice cash back every month from your direct debits for bills and even mortgage if it is with Santander. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Average Joe

I was approached to sign up to this account on one of my visits into my local branch. I just about break even and get back what I pay for my monthly fee. I think this account would be most suited to those who use their bank account to pay for all their household bills and direct debits to make it worth applying for. I've been with Santander (Previously Abbey) all my adult life and although this isn't necessarily the account for me the staff at my local branch are friendly and helpful so I would still remain, may be just look for a different product that suits me better next time. Make money doing nothing

I get money every month for paying my mortgage and bills. It quickly mounts up and I end up with around £20 a month which is rather nice. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
