Brightside have provided me with a competitive and easy to administer car insurance policy. Any changes have been easy to make and this has allowed me stress free motoring, safe in the knowledge my insurance is in good hands. Well done guys! Reviewed on: 19th September 2017

Worth the research to find this one

From Money supermarket recommendation. Easy to complete the ONLINE Car Insurance application, done in a few minutes. Compared their quotation to my renewal notice from previous Insurance Broker, found it much better in price and coverage. Proof is in the pudding - we shall see how it goes through the year (mind you I don't expect any problems from my end) Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Found you on confused.com. Quote thrashed existing who wanted to requote which was declined. Obtaining cover note and trying to respond to a lateFriday email left me very tired and a little confused. Hope you will look after us. Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Well i still can't access my account, been waiting for someone to call me to set it up so I can check my policy details, , can't get through on the phone, and sick to death of listening to a recorded message that when I do finally connect with a human being after ten or fifteen minutes I get asked first if I understood the recorded message that means nothing to me I just want HELP..... I must have spent over an hour just dealing with this, I send email and never get a reply bar automated response. Why can't someone call me to deal with this issue..??? Reviewed on: 25th July 2017
