Explains everything very clearly

Found this company online. It was very easy to get cover straight away as the online forms explained everything very clearly and was easy to fill In. Just had to e sign all the documents after I got my quote and I was covered to drive straight away. When I did speak to someone from the company they were very very helpful and quick with sorting the mistake out that I made. Just had to set up a direct debt and then I could get driving again. I had been using direct line insurance for years thinking they would give me the cheapest deal. After using a comparison site Brightside came in at over £100 cheaper for the same service, I am very pleased with the quick and helpful service I recived. Reviewed on: 5th October 2017

ages to answer calls

Takes a century to answer your call! Once answered they keep putting you on hold to go ask someone for information! Come back, transfer you to a so called relevant department and the call goes straight to voicemail! Happened thrice to me! Reviewed on: 5th October 2017
