By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great for a weekend car

Every time I have dealt with By Miles, they have always been extremely helpful and conscientious with queries. I use this particular insurance for a vehicle that I do not use very often and the way the mileage insurance works is perfect for the type of vehicle I have with them, making it a lot more cost effective then if I was to insure with a standard insurance company. Keeping in touch

You are the only car insurance people that keeps in touch with your customers. The others just take your cash and you don't hear from them until they want you to auto renew. By miles is by far the best. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

This is a no brainer for me, brilliant

As a low milage driver I'd have to be an idiot to go elsewhere for insurance. My monthly bill hasn't been higher than £3.29. Even a long journey is capped at £5.10 for a day so if I'm doing a long journey it's not going to be much expense. Look at your annual mileage, if it's less than 7000 miles this could be for you. Check your sums. I especially like the proposed green rate where you pay a bit extra and your car's carbon is offset by tree planting. I'll sign up to that for sure if they bring it in - guilt free carbon use!! Innovative company, recommend them all the time. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020
