By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Simply the fairest

Low mileage means lower risks and so deserves lower premium. The way car insurance premium charged by By Miles is the fairest. I have no reservation to recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

By Miles is an excellent car insurance company. I saved about £200 when I changed from my previous insurer. After a parking charge , Its so nice to only pay for the miles you do. The tracker is very easy to fit to your car it just plugs in. You down load the app to your phone and every time you use your car the app shows the trips and postcode to postcode , the mileage and cost . At the end of the month the accumulated costs for the month are debited from your chosen card. I mean really, what could be easier. No more chopping and changing for me this insurance company is the best. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
