By Miles offers a fantastic innovative insurance product which offers a level of flexibility which perfectly compliments the needs of the modern world. Service has been quick and easy, online product support chat when required was straightforward and didn't involve lengthy phonecalls waiting on hold. Excellent value and user friendly. Innovative, sensible car insurance at a great price

I had an issue that needed clarification and sent an e-mail enquiry. I received an immediate and helpful response from a real live person, most unusual in these days of call centres and automated meaningless replies. The best and cheapest insurer I've used!

By miles is a superb way to pay for insurance!! Having a bit of a skint month?...... Its a great way to be able to save money if needed by excercising where possible instead of using your car, my Insurance each month has ranged between £8 and £25 and in all honesty I have been using my car the same amount as I was when I was paying between £80 and £127 per month to other insurers, I'll never look back from here, great customer service, great prices having to only pay for THE MILES YOU ACTUALLY USE!! I have been asking for this for years.

By Miles saved me four hundred pounds in the last year against the quote from my regular insurace company. I get regular monthly notifications of my milage and cost (taken monthly, easier on my bank account) They are easy to contact and fast to reply. Thank you. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Ready Recommended to friends and family!

By miles have been fantastic for me so far! We cut our insurance cost by over £600 this year due to their by-the-mile system. The tracker is SO easy to install I even managed it myself and the app is really user friendly and informative with people on hand to answer questions.
