By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I have the insurance with them since last November. I cannot fault their premium cost and great service. For every journey I take even less than a mile they inform me by email within hours of what the distance I have taken. Due to my very low mileage even in these trying times. I have not paid any extra since the onset of my policy. I have recommended them to a number of people, friends and family who only cover minimal journeys. Great premium and great service. For a low mileage driver, this type of policy is perfect

Have been with By Miles two years now. I don't do long journeys and this type of policy suits me perfectly. Additionally the tracker is very useful to keep tabs on your trips and to remember postcodes!. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

This is the best/Cheap car insurance I have had since last 15 years with excellent service!!

Best service, last 15 years I have been paying car insurance company for keeping my car on the drive way as i dont much drive. This insurance works out best for people who drives less.
