By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I'm telling all my family and friends about By Miles - they truly are a breath of fresh air in a stagnant car insurance industry, that we the consumer have long been waiting for. Their policies are comprehensive, concise, transparent and great value for money! Perfect insurance for the 21st Century

My experience with By Miles has been perfect, from sign up to the present day. After a simple sign up with a great web UX/UI and similarly positive app experience, there was clear messaging across the onboard information and a pack was received shortly after sign up with my tracking unit. Installation couldn’t be simpler, within 10 minutes I was set up and since then I’ve not had to touch anything. It’s just worked. As a low mileage, less than 2k miles a year driver, I’ve cut my insurance costs by 70%, however I calculated anything up to 5k miles I’d save money. Insurance finally feels fair. Rather than a rate to fit everyone, By Miles offer a product that flexes dependent on your usage. Add the free vehicle tracking, fault diagnosis and clear emails/messaging and you’ve got a faultless company offering a faultless service. Couldn’t be happier... just hope nothing changes!
