Brilliant customer service

Using byMiles has been super smooth for me, their customer service is great and online chat makes it easy to speak to someone to resolve any issues as quickly as possible - something I have found time consuming and frustrating with previous car insurers. The miles tracker is easy to install and comes with simple user friendly instructions. In these times of lockdown and self isolation caused by the Corona Virus, travel is now greatly reduced. By Miles give motorists the ability to pay per mile, rather than a fixed premium whether the vehicle is used or not. Similar to pay per view in the media. You only pay for what you use. By Miles is an innovative and clever way of insuring your car for low to medium milage drivers. The more you drive the more you pay. Simple and fair.
