Thank you by miles

I’ve had an amazing experience with by miles. I actually had two none fault claims on my insurance one in 2019 and one In 2020 during lockdown. Both issues were dealt with straight away and the process was easy and simple to follow. When I asked a question, the person dealing with my claim always had the answer. After every conversation they always gave me the opportunity to call back with any concerns or issues. Excellent, well priced insurance

I found ByMiles and thought their policies were excellent. Really reasonable prices and perfect for as I get paid mileage for work meaning that money goes directly onto my insurance. I occasionally do lots of miles and they cap my miles at 150 and then stop charging. They have been fantastic for me so far Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Best By Miles.

Literally.. This is personally the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I VERY simply applied online, received my little black box a few days later, plugged it in my car and.. Nothing else. That's it. I know it's been a quite a bit (ok, A LOT) easier on the mileage lately but as I write this on July 29th, having been with By Miles since the end of April, the entire total for me for the 13 weeks so far is the princely sum of £13.65. The mileage calculator on their website will give you a near estimate of how much you could expect to pay (and ultimately save) for your own driving habits so pop on and check it out! Excellent

Using By Miles has reduced my premiums by over 50% last year and their renewal was cheaper that the last as well. Keep this up and I’ll never leave! 10/10 all round. Now just waiting for them to do motorcycle insurance. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Best Customer Care Ever

I was housebound for a while and unable to use my car locked away in the garage. Imagine my surprise to receive an email alert from By Miles informing me my car battery charge was getting low.
