Best year of insurance, worst renewal

By Miles have an excellent product that works well. They also have excellent customer service. They say they are different to traditional insurance which is correct until that is I got my renewal quote - my excess went up 160% even though I drove less than 4000 miles over the year. Best Insurance Company EVER!

This company has been FAB! It was recommended by the Martin Lewis website which gave me reassurance. The initial payment was at least £200 cheaper than the nearest rival, including the company I had been using the previous year !!! I LOVE the monthly statements & the app which shows what I have used and how much I owe. As I am a "light" driver this has never been more than £10 a month! The company also took the trouble to send reassuring messages during Covid. What can I say? I have been driving for 30 years and this has been easily the BEST company to have insurance with EVER! New approach that is cost effective

Over the past 3 years I have had no accidents and every insurance renewal I have seen no reductions to my insurance costs this is frustrating to say the least the amazing thing about by Miles is that based on my current annual mileage I will half my car insurance costs. And even if I went above 10,000 miles a year by miles would still be £300 cheaper a year than other insurance quotes I have had it's safe to say I am really impressed Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Brilliant Insurance

This is my second year with By Miles and can't fault them at all. Last year I had a smashed windscreen and they got it sorted straight away. This year, when it came to my renewal, my premium and cost per mile actually went DOWN! I can't say enough how great this policy is and how I always recommend to friends and family - especially those living in London where the number of miles you drive really does factor into the policy!
