From the first day when I signed up to just recently the handling of an non fault accident, the whole experience has been amazing. There is no customer service like it, I had a few questions at the beginning which were answered promptly via live chat. Nothing was too much trouble. Being advised as to when payments will be made/taken outstanding. The dealing with my non fault accident was excellent. Prompt timings to get my car in to be fixed and a like for like hire vehicle in the process made things very easy. Thank you By Miles keep doing what your doing. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Easy for low mileage car users

After receiving a ridiculous renewal 'offer' from Tesco, this after being a loyal customer for years, By Miles came to my attention. From that point on my whole view of the car insurance world became skewed. Absolutely brilliant idea very well executed, easy to understand and fair in the extreme. How can they not win this award? I only have a little Smart car, and live in town, so rarely drive it more than once a day, and only locally. By Miles has saved me upwards of £200 a year, maybe more.
