Perfect for drivers who do low mileage

I discovered By Miles when I came to renew my insurance and I basically halved my premium by going with them. The pay per mile model is perfect for people who don’t do lots of mileage. Furthermore, the app is very user friendly and it’s easy to keep an eye on your monthly mileage and how much it’s going to cost per month. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Simple, just as insurance should be!

ByMiles was coming up as the cheapest on all the comparison sites. Cheap usually does not mean good! However, their website is a breeze, the app is reliable and everything, strangely, just works? Even down to the policy number being memorable! I’ve recommended it now to two of my relatives, in a WFH age, we don’t need insurance ticking away 24/7! Last month my insurance was less than £2, it usually stays around £10 a month. Great! I’ll probably, for the first time ever, stay with them. It feels new, it feels fresh, but it just works. My mileage is different every week.

Since I retired, my mileage changes every week,some weeks the doesn't get used. So paying by the mile is good for me. A couple of months ago I got another car, so had to change the insurance with miles. I expected to have to pay more and be charged a fee. No fee and the mileage rate went down from 3.7p to 3.5p per mile, very happy! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

No hidden surprises for once!

I have had bymiles for 7 months roughly, I have saved for 7 months and was so relieved to find my insurance come down less than half of what I would have been forced to pay with other insurers, very good customer service I hope this continues in to the future. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
