Love that I only pay for as much as I drive

Customer support were brilliant when I needed them, I love that I can track my journeys and that I only have to pay for as much or as little as I'm driving. Great value and the app is fun to see what my journeys have been and how much they cost in insurance payments. Love it! Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Really great experience

Go miles have a great app which allows them to record my miles and though I don’t have any need to contact the customer services. The emails they provide on relevant events such adverse weather allows me to prepare and give me thoughtful hints to help. It’s a good policy for me as I don’t drive that much miles so allows me to only pay for what I use. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Great for a low mileage user.

The idea of paying for insurance by the mile was what attracted me to this company. Working from home and not commuting daily to the office meant my car was mainly sitting in the garage. It made total sense for me to use a pay as you go scheme like ByMiles. Also the App for keeping up to date with your account is fantastic; showing your journey histories and usage too. Best insurance provider by miles (no pun intended)

Our journey with by miles has been amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful for their service and support. They have made the cost of maintaining a car so much more affordable by creating this pay by mile system allowing drivers who don’t drive frequently to enjoy the freedom of only paying for what you actually use. It is fair, efficient, the customer service is speedy. Although their can be a few tweaks here and there, it definately does what it says on the tin.
