Pay as you drive !

Love this insurance , pay your annual fee then it’s a monthly balance depending on where you go! If you don’t travel , then you don’t pay. This pay as you go scheme is a brilliant idea. Thing of the future Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Fabulous for short distance drivers. Fantastic App and Customer Service

This policy has been perfect for me! I only drive on average 4500 miles a year, so a policy that takes that into account is both innovative and moving with the market really needed. I’ve always found the price to be competitive, and has fallen upon renewal each time for me so far. It works out so much less for me to insure per mile instead of a set price for the year. I’m really impressed with the customer service, the user-friendly app and the ability to make up to 3 free policies per year with an instant quote through the app. I recommended by miles to all my friends, by far the best car insurance I have had yet! I've saved HUNDREDS

I've been with By Miles for almost a year, and I'm now just sorry I didn't join sooner. I used to vastly overestimate my annual mileage, which was a very expensive mistake. In my mind there are three major advantages with By Miles: 1. I used to really struggle to find the money to pay my annual premiums upfront. With By Miles, the annual premium is significantly less and is not an amount I will need to save for. 2. I only pay for the Miles that I have actually driven. No estimating, no worry. This has saved me hundreds compared to previous years under standard car insurance policies. 3. The plug in device keeps an accurate log of my mileage to produce accurate bills. It also shows if there are any problems with the vehicles health. I will 100% renew with By Miles and would never dream of reverting back to a standard policy type ever again! Awesome and Happy

By Miles are example of what insurance covers should look like, I have been with them since December 2021 I love the way I see how much I spend in a month,it tells me where I have been and how much it cost me to get there and back Definitely I enjoy every bit of what I get, fantastic. Brilliant customer service

So far I’ve only had to contact ByMiles twice, once over the phone and once via email. Both times they were very helpful and it is clear that they have all the necessary knowledge to answer your questions/queries.
