Got a quote last year but was not sure, however after a traumatic renewal quote decided to try again, have now been with them for about 6 weeks and have to admit to being impressed

Had a no fault accident while covered by previous insurer was mortified on renewal being triple previous year was told ohh well it cost us as we had to pay put your claim!! Sorry you recovered all costs. Then discovered they had only doubled up on claim, result total loss of cofidence in them, got a requite from By Miles and have been very happy with service so far which includes a vehicle change and immediate lowering of my premium. Fantastic I Durance Company
