By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Amazing service

I used By Miles all of last year and have just renewed with them. As someone who has a car but doesn't drive all that much only 2-5 miles every few days it's really worked well for me to only pay a small amount each month. Any time I've had to call customer service the wait time has never been that long and everyone had been lovely as well as well informed. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

More than it says on the tin

Fast, efficient and helpful service. Definitely go the extra mile (excuse the pun!) - for example, I never expected my car insurance company to care about my wellbeing enough to create a playlist during lockdown! Or give free advice on how to look after my car after it was stationary for a while. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Cheap premium fair monthly payments

So easy to install the mileage guage and then DD monthly payments for your mileage. So much fairer than other car insurance companies. Highly recommend!! Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

The best car insurance I have had

Honestly by miles works so well for me as I dont do lots of miles each year so it works out so much cheaper than what I used to pay. What's more when it came to renewal I was offered an even cheaper quote than the previous year which is not usually the case when it comes to car insurance or any insurance for that matter as loyalty normally doesn't pay but it does at bymiles! And you know what the customer service is second to none with a brilliant app to go with it which is very easy to use, you can even track the location of your car!! Honestly this review sounds to good to be true but it really is a brilliant car insurance company and I can only hope they offer a good quote at renewal as I am hoping to continue my insurance with bymiles. ByMiles is a fantastic futuristic way of looking insurance with pay per use model. It comes with the upper ceil limit, so as a consumer you don't end up paying exorbitant prices and remains comparable to other provider.
