By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By miles is easy to install and use. I only pay for what I use and the cap of 150 mile prepay is fantastic for longer journeys. I only use my car mainly weekends and the odd evening so makes it cheaper than other car insurance of the same quality. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Cheapest insurance ever

Fairer Car Insurance

With Covid-19 and a considerable change to my driving habits and I reassesed my mileage and car insurance needs for the next year and found By Miles to provide the most suiteable insurance. On-Line quotes are easy to generate and easy to understand what costs are likely to be incurred. Once signed up I received my Tracker Dongle to measure the miles travelled, fitting it was simple. I contacted customer services for some help with the Mobile App and they were polite and quick to respond with the advice I meeded to get things working, a simple re-install of the app did the trick. The app is easy to use, showing the milesge for each trip and the cost. A reallt nice festure of the app is My Glovebox which shows the health of the car, any errors and you can setup a Low Battery warning which is ideal if your driving fewer miles.
